Build 0.3.2 Released!

This is just a minor release over 0.3.1, but includes a few new enhancements.

• When fast scrolling is off, right clicks where the player moves the mouse still count as move/attack commands (should help with people feeling like their commands are being lost).

• Added vsync option to graphics settings.

• Added legends to graphs and darkened background on score screen.

• Added option to abandon missions.

• Nerfed soldiers a bit.
